1759 Militia Lists

By 1759 some, if not all of the Rymers, had left New Berne and were settled in Rowan county, North Carolina. They may have lost the petition and their land (See Petition). Rowan County Militia Lists of 1759 include William Rymer being sent out as a scout on a scouting party.
